Унгарците ни дадоха десет точки, които ни вкараха в първото ни участие на финала на Евровизия в топ - 5. Македонците ни дадоха 8 т.
Нашата двойка взе рекордните 12 точки от Гърция и 10 от Испания и Кипър.
Българската песен "Вода" на Елица Тодорова и Стоян Янкулов-Стунджи се класира в конкурса на пето място, докато букмейкърите нареждаха българската песен на седмо място.
На финала премериха сили изпълнители от 24 страни. В 52-ото издание на "Евровизия" тази година бяхаа включени рекорден брой страни - 42.
От тях 28 участваха в полуфинала, а 14 автоматично се класираха за финала.
По регламент зрителите не могат да гласуват за песента на собствената си държава.
